David began his career as a Field Service Engineer in the banking automation industry, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex equipment and IT systems across Northern California, Southern Oregon, and Northern Nevada. Over a decade, he honed his skills in technical problem-solving, customer training, and service management, earning recognition for high efficiency and exceptional client satisfaction.

In 2014, David founded Memory Pool Care, where he successfully grew a service business from a single client to 90 active accounts in just two years, managing all operations, client relations, and technical service personally. His experience running a small business taught him the importance of building trust, understanding client needs, and creating systems that deliver measurable results—lessons he now applies to digital marketing.
